A memorable moment on the way up to berkeley was waking up on the bus and looking outside the window to see a new place that i've never been to before. When we got to berkeley I really enjoyed the atmosphere created by the students, I thought that the buildings were really nice and I could see myself at this campus. I think my perspective did change a little bit on whether or not I want to go to a four year university. At first I wanted to go to southwestern to get the general education classes out of the way but after talking to Mrs.Nuvia and going on this trip and seeing the people that attend these schools makes me want to experience this right after highschool and exploring more of california instead of going to a community college for two years. If I have to rank the schools that we visited I think UC Santa Cruz would be my first choice. The campus was beautiful and seemed refreshing, it felt like it was in the woods (which is something you don't see in San diego) and was near a beach. The middle two schools on my list would be Cal Poly Slo and UC berkeley. I would want to attend to cal poly because it's like another high tsh and I would be more comfortable with doing the project work since that is what i have been doing since 5th grade, and you get more experience in practicing your major. UC berkeley is the thirst because I think that the campus’s atmosphere was really great but I don't know if I would be able to get used to the campus. My least favorite school was San Jose State. I thought that the tour guide that lead us didn't give enough facts about how campus life was or how it’s like in the classrooms, they only talked about the buildings and about the history about the school, which was also interesting but i want to know more about how classes were.
