the first thing that my group did was find the two x intercepts. We used the, h(t)= 160+ 92t-16t² and used the quadratic formula. We used standard form to see what we put into the quadratic equation. Ax²+bx+c.
We put 92 as Bx, -16x² as A, and 160 as C. after we solved the problem our final answer was ( 7.15,0) (1.4,0) The very last thing that we did was us TAN we used 92t ,To find where the the rocket would land. We first simplified the equation by plugging in the answer we got for time, 7.14 then we simplified it again and divided it to get the final answer. 306.69 ft/sec

The second thng that we did was find how fast the firewroks are going and the height. We used the stadard form to figure this out, we put 2.88 in the parentheses and solved it. our final answer was (2.88, 292.25)
How we got 2.88 |
