In the beginning of this project, before we were in a group of four people we had to right down good qualities that we could offer to a group, then we were put in partnerships of two, we were given a fake client and had to create a tiny house for them on sketch up, keeping in mind of what the client likes or dislikes. When we were done with that, we were able to decide if we wanted to keep the person we were working with, or to split up and go into a different group. the groups of two that stayed as a pairing had to look through a packet that were anonymous and we had to choose two other people to be apart of our group without knowing who the person was, only knowing how good they work. I think it was good that we were able to choose our group members but not knowing who the person is.

for this part of the project we had to understand what t was like to move from a 2000x1050 square foot house to a 420 square foot house. So we watched tiny House Nation episodes to see people thoughts after moving into a tiny home, then we had to take notes on how they used innovation so they can have a basic living area while being able to fit the tings that they own at the same time, most of them had to get rid of the things that they didn't use so they can move in, and feel like there isn't a clutter around them.

For this part of the project we were participating in building a park in Logan Heights for the community. with Space 4 Art we had to build a park before the opening date. We learned about newton's Law and had to learn the math on why walls stay up instead of falling. We took multiple field trips to the construction site to help build, some students went to the S4A studio and worked on the art work that would be hanging on the fences in the park to make it look nice. The park was opened in November 2015.

For this part of the project we wanted to create a team name, it took two days to finally choose our team name. Team Sempiternal. Then we wanted to create a banner/ logo, everyone had to create their own logo that represented our team name, the team name meant forever. after everyone made their logo and everyone voted on one. in the end two of the logo's were tied so we combined them and created our logo.

With our groups we were given an artist that we would make a tiny house for, We had to prepare questions for him for our interview, It was hard to come up with questions for somebody that we didn't know. Then the day of the interview came and my whole group was nervous to meet our Artist for the first time, Roy Devries. We asked questions to get to know him better so we can find out what he need for his house, we went and saw his Art studio that was placed in S4A, most of his paintings were profiles of men and he used green and blue the most.

After the interviews, we then had to learn how to make blueprints for the tiny house that we will be making for our artists. We already had experience with using skethup with the mini project with two people, and this time it was with a group of four so we had to combine all of our ideas together to make the best blueprints for our artists. Then we had to make a sketchup model that followed our blueprints. For our POL'S ( presentation of learning) We had to pitch our ideas of our artist's tiny home to the artist themselves and professional architects so they can ask us questions about our floor plans and give us critique. In this presentation we were able to present why we decided to put things were they were and why we thought that the artist would like it, we went into depth with the furniture and storage space, In our plan we had a huge window that would have curves at the top and bottom of the window so it would look like waves.

After our POL's (presentation of learning) we had to start fundraising, Our goal as $18,000 dollar, The campaign was open for 30 days, giving us a month to get the word out about so we can earn money to build our tiny house. We made pages on Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and face book. Our campaign was on Kick Starter, we made videos so that people could donate money for or project. Each student was given a flyer and we had to put it up somewhere in our neighborhood to that we could get the word out. After reaching out to different companies to ask if they can donate money, We were able to meet our goal of $18,000 on the last day of the 30 day camping.

As a group we had to make a model with paper first, that was up to scale and that followed our blue prints. After we were given critique for our paper model house we made some changes to the blueprints and started to make a new model that was made out of foam board, that part was difficult because we had to be extra careful with the foam board because it was expensive. We were all going to space for art every week, taking turns with the afternoon class so we could start preparing for building the tiny house.

For exhibition we put up four walls and showcased that at exhibition day, we also had a consultation station, a book station and at the end of the cycle there was a white board and people had to write if they would go tiny or not based on what they saw at our exhibition. at the consultation station we had to be with our tiny home groups and interview people that went to our exhibition and designed a sketch up model and drew blueprints, based on what they said during the interview. At the book station people would ask questions about the book and we had to explain the project and explain what the book was about, our artist. Then someone on our team created a video that was going to play inside of the "tiny house" that we made for exhibition. and that was our exhibition.
